Wood Floor Construction and Board Replacement and Problem Diagnosis
How wood floors are constructed, covering bonded floors, suspended / battened floors and use of Porta Nailer. How to repair timber floors, covering board replacement for sports floors, parquet floors and engineered floors. Problem diagnosis using moisture and humidity meters to diagnose problems.
Commercial Floor Sanding
To include site evaluation, pricing of commercial work, what commercial clients will expect (method statements, risk assessment, payment terms, retention etc.). Line Marking for sports floors. Faster working techniques for commercial work including use of diamond tools for rapid coating removal.
