Our unique QR coding system means that once we have seen your machine we will have a record of its serial number which means we can build up a service history file AND we can specify parts much more easily even if you want to repair it yourself.

Our Services
Annual Check up and service
You wouldn't just drive your car every day without servicing it and expect it to run perfectly and a sander is a machine just like a car. An annual maintenance programme will help avoid breakdowns on site and maximise your working time. You can book an annual service with us and either drop your machine off for same day turn around or ship it to us and we will carry out necessary maintenance and return it to you. Once you are in our system you don't even have to remember to book each year, we will contact you.
Repairs
Our unrivalled knowledge of Pallmann machines combined with the largest stock of parts in the UK means we give you the best chance of getting your machine up and running in the shortest possible time.
Parts Supply
Want to fix it yourself? Our extensive online parts inventory means you can check whether the part you require is in stock and order it immediately, do it before 3pm and we will do our best to get it you the next day.
P.A.T. (Portable Appliance Testing)
We can carry out P.A.T. tests on any of your machines making sure they are safe for you, your staff and your customers.
Machine Hire
Need a machine while yours is fixed? We offer discounts on equipment hire on a “like for like” basis. Bring in an edge sander to be fixed and we will offer you a discount on our normal prices if you hire an edge sander from us.
Collection and Delivery
You can send us your machines using any reputable pallet shipping company or you can use the one we recommend. Your machine will be returned to you via our trusted local company and will be fully insured during transit.
Prices and Shipping
Obviously we cannot give you a definitive cost to repair your machine without seeing it, but we aim to be as transparent as possible so here are charges. The prices of all the common parts are on our website so you can check them out, for more unusual parts we will contact the manufacturer and get a costing prior to ordering.
Labour will be charged out at £60 Per hour or part thereof and will be billed in units of 15 minutes with a minimum charge of £30.
Shipping to us will be paid directly by you at time of booking, return shipping will be billed by us and depends on your location. We can quote for this at in advance. We can give the details of a reputable company who will bring the machine to us. You will be responsible for booking, insuring and paying for that as well as making sure your machine is securely palletised (belt and planetary sanders) or boxed.
